I took FAR on 2/29 and it seems like most people who have posted about their testlet difficulties have been medium – hard – medium or something similar. I’m wondering if everybody just did well on MCQ, or if the FAR test was meant to be mainly difficult for their psychometric scoring? Usually when I come out of a test and I got medium to hard testlets I’d know that I did well on MCQ, but now I have no idea how I did on FAR! I guess I can’t obsess about it too much since scores are about to come out soon…

I took the exam in mid-2007, August 28, 2011, and February 28, 2012. February was painfully brutal. I never felt so prepared and still had no idea what some of the questions were asking me to answer.

I won't get into the questions, but I could have easily argued 5 or 6 of the MCQs to have 2 answers based on what was in the questions. Additionally, Becker only prepared me for 3 out of the 6 non-research simulations.

There were only a few people that I talked to that said the MCQ's on this window weren't harder than the Becker questions. 30% of the people I talked to said their MCQ's didn't make any sense.
