At least we're free for a little while. I'm already assuming I'll be retaking this exam. I got hit with two topics pretty hard throughout the exam, including the simulations. For the other topics it was just a bunch of one liners asking about the gritty little details about certain areas of the book. Overall, craptastic. Fingers crossed for a 75.

Time to watch The Informant, a movie based on where I did my internship in college haha.

Guys this is not happening…..I don't know what hit me but am definately going to be retaking FAR. “AICPA” you are amazing, and hands down for you. I got mostly conceptual questions, and I mean questions that require you to have ready all the small details like 8 times to memorize.(bottom line I guessed alot on this exam). When it came to calculations I only counted 10 that I received from the three testlets, those to where extremely arkward. As if that was not enough my testlets never got difficult at all, it was the same level for each testlet. That already told me something and I quote “your performance is crappy dude”… lol… Anyways am bracing myself for a retake, in the mean time am taking the rest of the week off and starting with REG on monday next week. Hopefully this will be a different experience. For those studying FAR review everything and for those who PASSED kudos to you, I have a new found respect for you guys.

@whonis- I think I will be joining you in the retake process (praying to the AICPA Gods for us both in the meantime). I also have to begin studying for REG… when are you scheduled to take it?

Hey hey everybody! I am back to work today…but it is still pretty slow.

Idrathergolf – I know how you feel. I slept horribly last night!! I was still thinking of the exam and knowing I had to get up early for work (I had a few weeks off to study). I think I was half awake the entire night. ugh. Oh well at least it is a pretty relaxing day at work. Although with my downtime I don't have to study, which is new for me. lol

I refuse to look over any FAR stuff until I get my results.

I guess the question now is…when scores DO come out…where are we all gonna chat? In the main FAR forum…or here?! 🙂

MPoni… I assume a ressurection of sorts will be in order! Im sorry you didnt sleep well last night. Tonight will be better! It will take a few days to completely unwind!

Trevor… One of the benefits about being single and living with a good friend of 20 years is I golf when I want, without telling anyone. Also, I do chores when I want. It is one of my major fears… commitment!

At work some of the guys have to get PERMISSION to play golf from their spouses/girlfriends. They have to make sure they are done with their honey-do list before they can relax. It makes being single not seem so bad!

hahaha @Idrathergolf – I think they aren't with the right women then! 🙂 My boyfriend usually likes to tell me what is going on…but he certainty doesn't need my permission to do anything!

I hope I sleep better tonight…today is the first day in like 2 months I haven't had coffee either. I think I am dehydrated from all the coffee I have been drinking and the lack of water haha.

@Idrathergolf, yea you are right… I have it ok for now, early 20's and we've been together forever. We know each other so well. I told someone at my new job (he couldn't believe I was married so young…) that if you hung out with us you would assume that we were best friends rather than husband and wife. I think she would let me go golfing regardless lol – she might just want to come if I didn't make it sound like i wanted to be alone…
