Oobaisi, I felt like my third testlet was easier than my second testlet. My third testlet actually had a number of questions that were similar to questions I saw on the first testlet. What does this mean? I have no idea. It may just mean that some of the same subjects were tested in two different testlets and I had them down pat.
My second testlet was more difficult than the first. I attribute this to the fact that there were 5 questions on a subject that I really struggled with. I had to go back to those questions THREE times. I would spend a minute or two on each, not make any progress, and move on. Come back, not make much progress, move on….. repeat a third time.
I feel like I did really well on my written communications, but the other tabs (especially the second sim) I have absolutely no idea. I got maybe 1/2 right on the first and 1/3 right on the second.
It is difficult for me to determine what is considered a “hard” question and what is considered “easy”. For example, the AICPA may consider a one liner about NFP an “easy” testlet question while calculating something like Pension Cost a “hard” testlet question. I may have Pensions down pat but really struggle with NFP. It is definitely subjective as to what is easy and what is hard! If you calculate net pension liability 50 times it is going to be a breeze regardless of the “difficulty” of figuring the amount.
