Ugh I hear ya. I'm only on study unit 12 in the test bank. I don't think I'm gonna get through every single MCQ so I might just stop after this module and then focus on my weaker areas exclusively like governmental, leases, and consolidations.

Thanks @mckan. I'm desperately hoping for a pass, especially since I just purchased the AUD section for Gleim since they had that Black Friday sale going. I would really like to move on from FAR.

I'll be starting with the leases module today and I'm going to do something different. Instead of just running through the MCQs I think I'll watch the videos and read some in the book as well.

I know this is a redundant question but seriously how long should I spend on a subject that I am JUST NOT GETTING… (cough cough I'm looking at you Govt.)…. I am going on 4 days with this, I didn't get it the first go round and I am just not getting it now- I know it is crucial to passing but I honestly just feel like I am beating my head against a brick wall…

If I were you I would take a break for a day or two. Sometimes if you come back to something with fresh eyes it can help, at least in my experience.

read through the text, if the MCQ isn't working for you. We are kind of under the gun right now, so I wouldn't take too long of a break!

Ugh Ive watched the videos 3 times and have read the chapter(s) at least twice as many- I just can not make it click- am giving myself until tomorrow with it going through and painstakingly trying to do a JE for each question– Like you said Mtaylo under the gun at this point and at some point I'm going to have to move on to review other things… man this F__ING SUCKS!

@mckan514w What part of Gov't are you not getting? even though I have failed FAR more than once, I did get comparable and stronger on Gov't and NFP.

HI all,

I have been tested FAR exam since one week ago, i really confused about my situation on this exam.

As some of questions is really tricky, until now i am confused about my score. i studied from Becker this time for FAR.

Regarding simulation it's really out of control, it depends on preparing journal entries and right the correct number.

Till now i am really nervous and hopefully will not get shocked from my score.

I am so exhausted mentally but gotta keep going. The end is in sight. God I hope I can move onto AUD after this.

@mtaylo I'm not sure. I'm running through the government MCQs right now and will probably look at statement of cash flows and corp taxes later. But I don't know if running through the SIMs would help. Although I could do some statement of cash flow sims. I might do another practice exam later today as well.

Feeling good! Just hit that good review phase in Ninja…Thinking of switching my focus and beasting through the Gleim TB, I'm on ch 6 of 20, then doing Ninja 20 question progress tests on the side. Test is less than 2 weeks away.

@mtaylo24 you are kicking butt! Thank you for posting this I was just sitting on my couch drinking coffee and you just inspired me to get up and get to it. Question for you since you've done this test before- how much time do you feel should be spent on SIMs for studying??
