Claudia- I am actually working backwards with the Roger Material because I know that the key to business law is repetition so I did those first so I can continue hitting the MCQs over and over again to drill in the concepts. So I will be starting the Taxation stuff hopefully tomorrow if I can just force myself to get through this last B-law section today 🙂

So far I do not find it hard- just a lot of tedious info- but that being said B-law and taxes were my best subjects and I absolutely love tax (I know I know)… the B-law is just boring and time consuming. Can't really speak to the tax part yet…

You guys are scaring the crap out of me with these simulation horror stories. For MC, I'm averaging high 70s/low 80s so not too worried there… but I hope my simulation experience is similar Marqzho lol. He said his were all straightforward

just3 – study any and all JE … if you know how to do JE you will feel much more confident on the sims. The other prime suspect for sims are the FS, know what impacts what statement.

Yeah, the FS may show up as a sim … I would worry about what impact certain accounts (deferrals, accruals, and other obscure types of accounts) have on the appropriate statement 😉

To be honest I have seen some pretty crafty sims applications over the last year, so it is really a mystery what they might throw out there!

Wow Seems like a lot of you are moving onto REG! I guess I am the only one going onto BEC. 🙁 How is the WC graded? Accuracy or just grammar and format? Good Luck everyone. Guess we will hang around this thread for a little longer 🙂

@Spartans – I remember someone on here once said they wrote the WC on something related to food and they passed, lol. I believe that it is formatting, grammar, and certain language – like buzz words. But mostly the first 2. Don't stress about the WC … focus on the MCQ.
