Hey everyone!
My FAR experience:
First, off I was Amazed with how simple most of the questions were on the first testlet. I finished within 30 minutes which was good. I really don't think I got any wrong there.
Second Testlet: Noticeably tougher but not very much. There were 5 or so questions that I marked on this testlet and went back to check but over all felt pretty comfortable.
Third Testlet: Pretty much the same as the second testlet. Probably marked 5 or so. Went back and then felt pretty good when I submitted. I finished the third testlet right at 2 hours so I had lots of time for the sims (which was good)
I think there were honestly 3 or 4 MC where I had no idea but got it down to 2 possible answers for those questions. So I was feeling good going in to sims.
The sims didn't seem bad. Without revealing anything against the rules, I didn't notice any obnoxiously over-worded simulations. There were long sims but I figured out what information I needed to answer the question and the practice tests helped me to not get overwhelmed. I really think I did pretty well overall on the sims. I thought a few of them were pretty difficult and I can see where I probably lost some points. However, overall it seemed very fair and exactly what I was prepared for with Becker/Ninja.
I took the entire two hours for the sims just because I wanted to go though all of the material and I used the AL for a couple of them to check.
I really feel good. But I've heard feeling good is a bad thing… so who knows right? Thanks for all the help everyone!
