I don't know why, but I have seen similar posts a couple of times on here. Maybe because you concentrate more when you know the quizzes are short?

yeah its really weird, I am averaging 90's in this case (pv of bonds) in practice sessions of 10-15. When I do lets say 30-40 of the same topic I average 65's-75's. Maybe the questions become more specific? Idk.

Hi,

Can someone help me with Initial Direct Costs under Leases? Such as commissions, legal fees, doc preparation. I know under sales-type leases they are expensed immediately. But it's a bit fuzzy to me how it works under operating lease, and direct financing lease. Thank you in advance 🙂

Don't do short quizzes, same thing happened to me…there area lot of topics to pull from so the questions in a 10 MCQ set are not representative of the exam…I started doing 24-30 MCQ sets to better cover the topic areas…

Yes, that sounds good but switch it up also and do all topics for questions not yet seen so that you don't forget your stong/comparable areas…

Thanks for your well wishes and thoughts about my dog who passed away on Monday, I took the day off rather than try to push myself to learn and get more frustrated. Still super upset, but I am trying to bottle the feelings up and push them aside til after the exam, then I can go through the grieving process. I know this last pass would lift my parents' spirts tremendously as well 🙂

Anyway, I got through all my MCQ assigned for NFP yesterday during work (83 of them) and feel good about that section. I am going to start government MCQ today. I think there is 124 assigned. I HAVE to listen to this 3 hour radio show every morning on SiriusXM, so I'm getting my actual work done during this time, then spending the entire afternoons studying as much as possible. 3 weeks left – 4 days I am out of town. Yikes!

Do you guys have off the 17th for President's Day as well?
