@CPAMommy Yeah that's not a bad idea. I am finding that I am procrastinating just because of how painful this process is..and I really have no time to spare :/

    BEC: 73, 81
    AUD: 85
    FAR: 71, 77
    REG: 74, 75...finally DONE! 😀

*This is my 2nd attempt at the CPA exam. For all of you who have failed this exam many times, given up on it, or taken a break like me, remember that it is still possible to finish what you started...failure is the opportunity to begin again more intelligently 🙂

@teetee-I'm in the same position. I haven't scheduled the exam yet because I really just don't think I'll be ready either for the end of February. I'm trying to push through, but I don't see it happening. I would rather be ready than take it just to take it. Good luck on the score release!

Can anyone explain this to me?

September 30th–company borrow $1,000,000 on a 9% note payable. They paid the first of four equal payments of $264,200 on December 30th. What amount should they report as note payable on their balance sheet for December 31st?

The answer is $758,300 and I have no clue how to get to that.

I calculated that they would pay $1,056,800 all together (payment *4), but then I'm lost.
