Hi everybody, I understand there is a commitment loss on the remaining portion of the contract which is

$20,000 (200,000 × $.10)

What about the parts that could be sold for scrap @ $.02 ?? I thought the ending inventory is 250,000 so it will be wise to multiply the ending inventory by the scrap cost= (250000 x .02)=$ 5000

Good luck to everyone else! I'm going to take some time off and get ready for round #2 in quarter #2 with FAR! It was sooo hard… …… Blah!!

I hate that I know the test are suppose to get harder if you did well on the previous testlet!!!

Have I mentioned I hate this journey? I'm going to stuff my face with fried food and any beverage that isn't water!!!
