Here is a scenario you might be able to help me with:

DR: AR 10,000

CR: Sale 10,000

DR: COGS 5,000

CR: Inventory 5,000

Mgmt thinks that 10% of sales are uncollectible.

DR BDE 1,000

CR AFDA 1,000

What happens when you write off an account for $3,000 and you didn't accrue for that in AFDA?

(Sorry I was a history major…)

AUD- 97 1x
REG- 81 1x
BEC- 79 1x
FAR- 88 1x

DONE!
