@Zack Check out the bottom of F8-13. It means that the balance is either Positive or Negative.

Has anyone failed a test twice but gotten a lower score the second time around? I took FAR at the end of November and got a 72 (had three min. to spare). The second time I took it (mid Jan), I got a 69 and didn't have time for two of the sims (questions seemed a lot harder though). I'm very discouraged. I unfortunately have to go ahead and move on to BEC and AUD before my NTS expire but I'm having a motivation issue due to my FAR failures! Ugh. I know a lot of people fail tests multiple times but to do worse with a month and a half of xtra study time threw me. Sigh.
