Thank you for helping me with the bond questions (previous page)! It is taking me a week to get through bonds and its still not clear. I am extremely disappointed in myself. I will reschedule for April. **sigh** feeling like a failure.

Do NOT feel like a failure. This is a lot of information. Better to reschedule and be prepared than have to pay for a second test IMO. I'm still debating on whether I will reschedule to April.

Clarification on this please! When the budget is recorded, Estimated Revenues is debited, Appropriations is credited, and Budgetary Control is credited when estimated revenues are greater than appropriations. I remember on the NINJA audio Jeff mentioned fund balance is either debited or credited in this JE. Does this mean budgetary control account is the same as fund balance account?
