So i'm finishing chapter 10 today, I've got like 3 pages to read. I have to write my notes for chapters 5-10 and do MCQs for chapters 5-10 in Becker..After that I'm going to make a list of topics I want to review, from most important/hardest to least important/easiest. I'd like to make a compilation of J/Es and my own chart of GAAP vs. IFRS. I'll do that up until the last week before my test. That week is for pure WTB MCQs. I'll be sure to come here with any questions that I have difficulty with.

    AUD - 65, 89!
    REG - 70, 89!
    FAR - 78!
    BEC - 77!

    Finally!

Thanks Gatorbates! I've been exposed to both before and I purposely saved them for last so they would be freshest in my mind. I have consistently seen on here that they represent a lot of the exam. I may have to postpone my test, but I'm feeling pretty good about the other materials. I've been scoring in the upper 70s, low 80s on the MCQ on my first pass. I'm hoping that trend will continue, but if I need more time I have tentatively scheduled days off from work each week to try to get more than 25 hours each week in.

Just keep in mind that I do or review many of these things for a living. Bad debt, depreciation, inventory, consignment, bank recs, creating income statements/balance sheets, journal entries. I was also a financial analyst before I became an accounting manager. My entire job for 4 years was to analyze the income statement day after day after day. I SHOULD be doing much better in those areas than I am, but I'll take what I'm getting (for now). Bonds/government/NFP/IFRS are going to be my problems and I haven't done any MCQs in those areas yet. Expecting 30s to 50s on my first pass of those.

My plan is to only focus on those two chapters this weekend. Hopefully it will sink in.
