@joch0803: First off all – Don't panic!! by panicking you are making things worst!!!

All i would say – don't analyse your progress by Becker's silly progress test. Sit back and see whether you are comfortable with topics or NOT.. if not then go for 3-4 days ..

WITH FAR you are never fully prepared.. 🙂

    GOOD LUCK xx

@benkdevries..Thanks..I used Becker, and it was good enough for MCQ on the exam. As far as SIM goes, get ready to see some UGLY SIMS. You should do as much as possible MCQ.

Well FAR fam, just checking back in. I looked over all my flashcards and did 300 MCQs by way of 10 Pop quizzes scoring an average of 84%. I think I have narrowed down my weak areas and plan to hit the MCQs hard in those areas later tonight along with reading over the ninja notes…..but for now its time for a break.

@joch080 – I agree with Nam, but also wanted to share my experience the day before my audit test i took a practice and got a 63, i had a minor freak out but knew i couldn't postpone and figured might as well give it a shot, i went in the test had a lot of topics i really knew and i did great! However, on BEC i took a practice test and got in the 80's I thought I would kill it, and barely passed. Yes i passed both times which is of course great. Yet the moral of the story is practice tests mean nothing, the real exam could be all topics you know, or all topics you find difficult. You know if you prepared the best you can and if you did you are set up to pass!

Time to kill some MCQ and get some good quality hours in! Power weekend all around!

    A - 61, 91!!
    B - 78!
    F - 76!!!
    R - 71, 73, 74, 69, 77!!!!

    Finally done!

This is my 2nd attempt at the exam, I had two parts passed (failed many) and I stupidly quit, big mistake. Now I'm back and with a vengeance!

“I'm just going to make flashcards of all the main concepts” …..200 or so flashcards later lol

Took a nice walk to clear my mind and listen to some music. Ready to start fresh on govt and nfp then the plan is to translate my flashcards onto ninja notes and maybe look over mcq if I can. My mind is heavy. I can never be one of those who just chills out before the exam – must keep it fresh!!

I am working on some MCQs and need to think aloud to make sure I remember all these piece of cake questions

This is my own version of remembering LIFO Perpetual & Periodic inventory valuation, dont have issues with remembering FIFO

LIFO Periodic Ending Inventory==> Net inventory available (Opening+purchases-sold) X oldest inventory Price

LIFO Perpetual Ending Inventory- First calculate how much is your sale==>(Earliest Inventory X oldest inventory price), do these until you value all the quantity for sales==> COGS then subtract it from the total inventory using normal valuation, this is your ending inventory.

Remember your total inventory available for sale will always be the same come rain or sunshine….

Please correct me if someone has a better illustration!

2014 experience..No more excuse, this is it!
    I CAN'T KEEP CALM UNTIL I BECOME A CPA
