Nam – you know this stuff…. Sometimes it's all about what test you get, and you can only be so prepared. Deep breath you will do amazing you're doing everything right and that's all you can do

    A - 61, 91!!
    B - 78!
    F - 76!!!
    R - 71, 73, 74, 69, 77!!!!

    Finally done!

This is my 2nd attempt at the exam, I had two parts passed (failed many) and I stupidly quit, big mistake. Now I'm back and with a vengeance!

@Nam – just take a deep breath. I am doing the same thing at work right now. You never know what your test will be like. Just because it was harder for one person, doesn't mean it will be as challenging to you. Just do your best and limit your weak areas as much as possible to try and limit the amount of topics you might not know. And remeber, it's just a test. Nothing more, nothing less.

    BEC - 77 (lost credit), 4/5/13
    AUD - 83
    REG - 77
    FAR - 73, 74, 80! One more to go!!

I agree with the above, Nam. I realized how important confidence was this morning. The test wasn't going the way I wanted it to and I let it get to me. This led me to second guess a lot of questions; questions that I would normally consider easy.

The test probably won't be exactly as you expect it to be either, but you shouldn't let that phase you. Good luck!

    F - 86
    R - 90
    A - 97
    B - 91

im waiting to hear from peetree…quite sure he ll have a good xam,…just wander i came accross something, the passing rate are always in the early 40s in the first two windows for all sections, however, it crosses and get close to 60% on the 3rd window for all sections. (2012 passing rates). Makes me wander is the 3rd window easier????

@cpa_man – i don't think Q3 is necessarily easier. If you think about it, the first two windows cover some form of busy season for auditors and tax prepares, so either less people taking it or not enough time to study. Also Q3 usually has all the new college graduates just starting to test and are still in “school” mode.

I'm very interested to hear peetree's experience. He was way over prepared in my opinion, which definitely isn't a bad thing at all!

    Good lord. Just got out

    1st testlet: easy

2nd testlet: TESTLET FROM HELL (hope for lots of pretest)

3rd testlet: not as bad as 2nd but trickier than first

Simulations: meh. My research question sucked but I'm pretty sure I'm right.

Timing was fine. Had two hours to do the sims and had 22 minutes left at the end.

I remember nothing lol, my brain is fried.

No idea how I did just glad it's over.

Thanks man. I just looked up the only multiple choice question I could remember and I got it right. Now that I'm home and can think about it, I'm pretty sure it wen't fine. Did I get a 97?? probably not. Did I do well enough to pass, I think so.

What @Gobias said rings pretty true. It probably isn't going to be what you're expecting. My exam barely touched certain topics, but pounded other topics.

I'm gonna still hang around this thread if that's alright. Partially because you all are FAR fam, but also just to make sure everyone keeps pulling power nights. πŸ˜€

Shoutout to my prometric testing center. They were johnny on the spot with everything and gave me really awesome ear muffs! I couldn't hear a thing during the whole exam.
