ummm i know quasi reorganization, is a accounting form not a legal form. basically its a fresh start , wiping your deficit RE to 0.

how long .. errr till RE is not negative 😀

For becker, in the authoritative literature question in Chapter 2..The question was asking for guidance to identify Development stage entity, when you search the codification..There are two different possible FASB codifications for this question 915-205-20 and 915-10-20…. Which one is the best answer?

@yemdross that one had me confused as well. The answer is in the glossary which is presented in several different places. I would hope that any of the citations would be acceptable.

There's a huge snow storm headed my way tonight. I had to go grocery shopping (um, first time in like a month, no joke) and reorganize the garage to get my car in 🙂 Everyone at my office has all but called in already, lol.

Morning!

So I wanted SO bad to get up early and study but it just didn't happen. So instead i am going in to work ‘on time' and studying for 45 min now. Not a lot but its something. I usually go in about an hour early to get stuff done at work, but I decided today, tomorrow, and Monday I am going to go in regular time. We aren't to busy this week (I am not in public) so working a 9-10 hour day instead of 10-11 isn't going to kill us. Plus my boss is pretty understanding.

@MCLKT – Stay safe, make sure everything is fully powered encase you lose power and still need to study ;)!

I just got back from the exam and do not feel good about it at all. MCQ's were meh. For me, the testlets got harder, but I don't think it was because they were higher difficulty. Just bad luck. I was tested heavily on topics I did not expect to be covered so thoroughly, and the ones I did expect/studied the most for hardly showed up.

Timing wasn't an issue as I had an hour and 45 minutes for the sims. I at least had an idea of what to do on all of them except one, where I was mostly guessing. However, I didn't feel overly confident about any of the others.

Good luck peetree! I hope it goes better for you than it did for me!
