Thank you.I do have Becker's but don't log in as I am travelling ( travel job) so can't say if it's down or not.I have generated PDF and read that while I am travelling.
Lease practiced so much that I will puke now.

I just spent an hour downloading from the app and that worked for me to study. But it has been frustrating this morning.

I am scared of getting derivatives instruments in a SIM. I have to practice those more.

@aatoural & @wannafree Do you use Becker's final review? I downloaded the most recent version but they're referencing the old exam format of 60% MCQ, 40% SIMS.

Has anyone taken the new exam and also the Becker practice exams? I hear mixed reviews about Becker being harder than the actual, but haven't heard anything in comparison to the new format. Thanks in advance!

@justa75pls – I havent done the final exams from Becker yet.

@abmoore – Becker increased the SIMS and added the skills set which is like doing another set of SIMS. Pretty good for JEs

@mtaylo24 Exam is next saturday and just started studying for the day but I'm way too burned out…how much are you guys studying per day 1-2 weeks before the exam?

Simulations: Please Help!

If the question does not mention the dollar amounts in decreasing or increasing order, how can we know which order is correct?
example: Simulation #8
The journal entry to record the first lease payment: I recorded the debit in decreasing order as below:
Dr: Obligations Under Capital Lease 8,480 –
Dr: Lease Expense 270 –
Cr: Cash – 8,750

But the solution made it in increasing order:
Dr: Lease Expense 270
Dr: Obligations Under Capital Lease 8,480
Cr: Cash – 8,750

I don't get credit because of the order. Does this happen in the real test?

My exam is on May 31st so I am trying to cram…6 hours during weekdays, hopefully 8 hours on Saturday and Sunday. So far this week I have been good and have stuck to it, but that is mainly due to me not feeling very confident about this exam. The super long waiting period followed by the probability that we won't be able to retake the same exam in Q3 is making me feel miserable…it is possible that if I don't pass this month I have to study this crap until October! If only this damn exam change occurred in 2018…
