My name is Eric. My first Tax season was a nightmare. I fell behind on my studies. I am scheduled to take the FAR section on May 31st. I am only though half the study material and I feel like giving up now. In my opinion, one month is not enough time to finish the rest of the study material. (using Roger) I am working full time in corporate accounting and I can only study 2-3 hours a day max. Should I reschedule my exam? I am confused and very stressed out now. Any feedback is greatly appreciated. Thanks to all.
@faraway123 if you only have 2-3 hours a day to study, it will probably be hard to finish all the material and leave yourself enough time for review. If your NTS isn't expiring, maybe push back to July. No need to waste the money if you don't think you'll pass. If your NTS is expiring, I say go ahead and give it a shot in may, it's worth a shot and again, not wasting the money. Then again, you may study much faster than me and be able to cover everything by May 31 and be good to go.
@turbo You never know…they might throw one out and you might have nailed the others. I'm more than sure you nailed the MCQs. Fingers crossed for August and best of luck with BEC!

How many times did you re-write your notes? I'm almost done with my second time through and wondering if I should do it again before I test on the 12th. Did it help everything stick in your head?
I re-wrote some notes here and there and I think it definitely helped for the MCQs.
Don't sleep on DRSs either. While the content of DRSs in general aren't too difficult in my opinion. You'll want to find a good pace you can take with you in exam day.
I managed my time quite well…until I got to the final testlet. I left myself with 50 minutes for it and ran out of time. One of the SIMS I got was just way out of left field. I thought I handled it well, but it took me awhile to do so.
