I have taken FAR 4 times and each time its the simulations that get me. This last time they were ridiculous, I have never seen SIMS like that before. I use Becker and have passed all other sections (except just lost credit for REG) and just can’t get past FAR. I do pretty well on the M/C, this last test I was stronger on 2 areas, comparable on 2, and weaker on 1, but those SIMS get me every time and is what brings me down…..does anyone have any advice for practicing SIMS? I feel like its such a crap shoot with them but can’t seem to get past them ever.

You just have to understand the concept to prepare for SIMS. If you have time, practice the SIMS in the Wiley book, they are quite similar to the actual exam and know the journal entries for each topic.
