Why am I not able to use the research feature? For example, I write cash flow on the search tab and click search nothing happens. I click search within and some things get highlighted, but when I choose one of the highlighted areas nothing shows up.

your screen settings are messed up. this happened to me the other day. hit control and then the down arrow key a few times and it should go back to normal
