    Per Becker 2012 & 2013 versions, the filing deadline for Form 10-Q is 40 days after the end of the fiscal quarter of the end of the fiscal quarter for large accelerated files and accelerated filers, and 45 days after the fiscal quarter for all other registrants.

    However, per Investopedia online, the 10-Q is due 35 days (it used to be 45 days) after each of the first three fiscal quarters. There is no filing after the fourth quarter because that is when the 10-K is filed.

    Guys, which is do you think between the two is currently in effect?

    Thanks.

    @musicamor, Thanks.

    So Becker is right. Why would Investopedia post a wrong information like that?
