    Alrighty folks,

Just finished F10 of Becker (took me about 2 months to finish F1-F10), and ready to start reviewing tomorrow. I have exactly a month until my exam day. I plan to study roughly 40 hours a week, I honestly think I have forgotten a lot of the topics from earlier chapters but I have not reviewed any of the materials as of now so I’m hoping I’ll remember some of it when I’m reviewing.

I have Ninja Sniper, and Becker Flash cards as my supplements but I am considering if I should purchase the Becker final review.

For the next four weeks of reviewing, I plan on writing down the flash cards, I think they do a great job of highlighting the important subjects from each chapter. Read/Write ninja notes and listen to the Audio. And work on the MCQs. Maybe 60-90 each day to corresponding chapters I will be reviewing on that day. and then just hammer out Ninja MCQs on the fourth week as well as the AICPA questions.I I’m not sure if I should do the Becker Mock Exam.

I don’t have a very good study strategy for SIMs, what do you think I should do to study SIMs? and if you are currently or have been in the same situation as me, how were your reviewing strategy different than mine?

    Thank you,

Wow-1 month of review at 40 hours a week-I am jealous:) I have spent last week reviewing at about 20-30 hours (if that) and have just two weeks left until test day! I would suggest jumping head first into Ninja MCQ and doing them all! I have done it by section corresponding to Becker chapters-works well. Here is my strategy so far. Do a 33 question progress test in Becker, to see where weak points are. Then review Becker book/notes/flashcards as you go. Then do the Ninja MCQ on the same topics-new questions. Usually after that my Becker progress test improves drastically. I have done this as a diagnostic/review strategy so far. So I am able to spend one day per chapter more or less. Once I have gone through all the topics over again, here is my strategy:

Do as many of trouble/missed since last time seen questions in Ninja.
Do all the SIMS that are DRS/JE in Becker. Do JE SIMS in Ninja if time allows. There is a thread in FAR Review circulating with suggested SIMS to do for different topics according to blueprint. I will do those if I haven't already.
Do newly released AICPA FAR questions
    Do AICPA practice test
Keep doing progress tests in Becker/reading the book/reviewing flashcards
    Do Becker Mock Exams.

your strategy sounds great. I would add review of sims, do at least one a day. It gets you more familiar/comfortable with the material and you don't have the crutch of possible answers to choose from (like mcq).

HI, I'm currently in the same boat, using Roger. I have a month left, and am taking the next two weeks to review and rewrite all of my notes, focusing on narrowing down and memorizing key points, and taking Roger quizzes over the cumulative chapters I review each day. I am also using a couple of review apps with quizzes and flashcards. The rest of the time I am planning to devote to working on problem areas, taking mock exams, and practicing sims. For the sims I am planning to just practice the problems available in Roger. I don't think I could consider myself prepared unless I took the mock exam at least once, if nothing else then just to see how I do on time management.
Tick tock……. best of luck to you! It's good to hear from someone in the same situation as me 🙂

So you plan to review for 160 hours?!?!?

This sounds like overkill to me…my best advice would be to not over think this thing, you definitely don't need to study 200+ hours for these tests.
