Hi, everyone. I gave my first FAR exam and scored a 70 last May. My first section.

Little depressed, but started reading again for retake. And my preparation is based on Becker.

Some areas , I realized little more focus is needed.

I visit this site quite often for inspiration and it’s good to know a lot of people travelling in same journey.

Wanted to ask, wheather the NINJA notes and NINJA MCQ (if I add to my material) , will it be helpful to me to score high.

Or is it same as the as Becker. Who ever used Becker or not, pls advise on this.

    Aruna.

It's not the same as Becker. I've never used Becker and I love the Ninja Products so I'm probably biased, but for $47 for a 3 month access, those 1000+ extra MCQ questions are worth it. 🙂

I thought I read that the questions in Becker and Ninja MCQ are the same, since they are both licensed AICPA content.

But the Ninja materials I've tried are great and really help boil things down to what you need to know for exam day. I used Jeff's audio, flashcards, video, and notes for FAR and feel that they definitely helped me pass. From what I've heard, Becker doesn't have anything like them and they work well as supplements to Becker.

    AUD 84 (1/9/14-Wiley books/TB + free materials)
FAR 83 (5/21/14-the above + NINJA 10 Pt Combo Lite)
    REG 84 (7/9/14-Wiley books/TB + NINJA Audio/FC/Notes)
    BEC 76 (10/5/14-Wiley books/TB + NINJA Audio/FC)

Disclaimer: My ninja avatar is not meant to imply that I have any affiliation with this site other than being a forum member. That's a pic of a T-shirt that my daughter gave me for my birthday. 🙂
