So I know there have been a lot of posts recently about Becker’s practice exams. I am disappointed with my MCQ scores which average in the mid to high 60s. This definitely faltered my confidence. My question for all you CPA alumnus is what is the best thing to do with my time in these next few days before the exam? For me, it’s not the bond/lease type of questions I’m getting wrong but rather more ancilliary type of information. I just really need a boost up to keep powering through this because I feel like I might be right on the pass/fail line.

FAR 4/9/12- PASSED
BEC 7/13/12- PASSED
AUD 8/16/12- Ughhh 71, Rematch: 90!!!
REG-12/6/12 PASSED

Yeah the wording was enough to turn my confident areas into ones that I was unsure of. How did you score?

I scored low 60s on the MCs. It didn't help that I was battling a stomach virus since Sunday, and I really needed to go multiple times throughout taking the final exam, but it wouldn't have mattered. The wording of the questions really threw me off.

Not sure how to plan my study. I have 6 days left of studying before my exam and I'm really worried.

I'm using Becker 2011 and Wiley Test Bank 2012. It seems that types of questions being asked on the wiley test bank are totally different from the Becker ones.

i think you will be absolutely fine if your MC are in the high 60s for the becker final exams. From my experience it seems as though people typically score 10-20 pts higher on the actual exam.

@ emrld89, thanks for the input! Since you've already taken FAR, did you have a similar experience with the Becker final exam?

i got a 76 on the first and an 81 on the second, but it might have been because i memorized so many of the questions that by the time i took the practice, i knew the answers to the repeat questions. i think you will be good though, ***** Edited for Exam Disclosures*** Sorry 🙁 Kricket
