Here is my situation, I finished all the lectures and homework in Becker at this point. I know this is kind of weird to ask but what would be the best and effective strategy to do the final review before the exam. I have less than 3 weeks before the exam.

    1) Should I go through the highlighted portion of book?

    2) or should I just do the homework and do the progress test? or just take the 2 final exam in the pass master?

    2) I know my weak area..should i just work on those area ?

I am really confused and couldn’t decide what to do next. I would really appreciate your suggestions as you should have faced this kind of situation.

thanks and good luck to everyone..

i would do all of the above that you mentioned in 1,2,3 plus i would look at another set of multiple choice questions for practice. say like wiley or gleim.

I know for some becker is enough and they do well on the exam, but some of us tend to memorize the becker questions and they dont relaize it till the exam day when they open there testlets.

Seeing a wide range of questions, will give you confidence and you will prepared for anything that will be thrown at you.

Wiley book is around 50 bucks and gleim is around the same price…worth the money….

Check out Amazon if you decide to supplement with another book. Wiley runs less than $40 usually.

I would say you're better off practicing MCQ's at this point. Just go HAM on them and only look at the book if you don't understand a topic or you feel you need more explanations. Have you taken any notes? If not, you're a perfect time to start doing so. Since I suggested you don't go back to the book, you should base your notes only on the MCQs you'll be practicing before the exam.

Also, for BEC they recommend re-doing all the IT questions again on the day before the exam, well for FAR, I would recommend going HAM on the Govt & NFP questions. Keep in mind the test is 4 hours, manage your time effectively and keep fighting until that clock runs out. Good luck!

MCQ's. Day in, day out. 40 per day, minimum. Course, I just failed FAR, so take that with a grain of salt.

Lol at HAM. Watch the Throne, Y'all.

MCQ's for sure but don't ignore the book either. You'll pick up the concepts from the book and the quantitative stuff from doing the MCQ's. The MCQ's are the only way to tell if you really know how to do a type of question. Just as a point of reference, and I'm not saying that every person is the same, but I did a little over 5,000 Becker MCQ's. That's probably overkill but better to be safe than sorry, right?
