Hello everyone,

This is my first post on another71 so please forgive me if this topic comes up a lot!! I found things that were close but nothing quite the same as my situation.

I have gone through all of the homework and sims for FAR and have approximately 19 days before my exam (October 13th). I am now trying to find the most effective way to review old material and improve my homework scores.

I am kind of stressed because I averaged about a 69% on all homework questions answered (first time, based on average of percentages).

Becker suggests reviewing all homework, SIMS, taking the two Final Exams, then doing as many progress tests as possible. Has anyone deviated from this and found something that works better for them? I don’t have the “Becker Final Review Course” and don’t plan on buying it… just hoping I can pass and improve on my averages a little bit!

Also, I took FAR about 8 months ago and received a 68.. I didn’t prepare NEARLY as much as I have now. So I am hoping all this extra effort is going to give me that extra 7 points 🙂

Here is what I do and have done for my past two sections.

I will read the ENTIRE book again, well most of it, easily 90% plus. I will read the flashcards for two chapters a day. For audit I did between 100-180 MCQ a day, for FAR I did 100 a day and NO flashcards (note the difference in score).

I have REG 10/14/13 and just started my final review. I will read the entire book again, and just started doing flashcards. I'll start doing 80-100 MCQ a day on Sunday.
