    Hello Everyone,

I have scheduled my exam for Feb 28th 2014, And I am still on F5 (Becker review) and feels like I don’t remember anything from past 4 chapters. What to do to accelerate my studies? And how much time I need for revision for FAR section. I am really nervous, and feels like I wont be able to meet the deadline.

Any tips will be highly appreciated.

    CA Candidate
    FAR: You are down...
    Aud: Surprised me...Thanks
    BEC: 75% work done
    REG: It's 80 but I am 100% done 🙂

You are nervous my FAR exam is on Monday :p

I spoke to an ancient wise man who sent me on a mushroom induced journey through an ancient forest to find the key to passing the CPA exam. A talking spider monkey told me to throw the last of my drinking water in the dirt to find what I was looking for. So I followed his instructions and the following message appeared in the soil:

"Do 5000 multiple choice questions for each section"

Honestly FAR is going to require a lot of work and you have to constantly go back to old chapters to try to retain the information. There is no acceleration method besides getting highly motivated and spending all of your time working on this test. If I could do it all over again(and I may have to) I would read one chapter and flag all the questions that have the main points and go back to those questions frequently even when I am working on different chapters. I would also break out an old accounting book or the encyclopedia of journal entries and spend 20 percent of my time on the related journal entries when working on the chapters.
