This is where the #1 issue of far is. You never know what they are going to test you on or whether you are going to get 1 or 2 questions. The Becker instructors tell you for Sale-Leasebacks that you might see “one question.” In my experiences, this was correct. However, I feel like they say that for so many of the topics. And it's true. At one point in Becker, Tim Gearty says that the examiners could one question you to death and that's so true. It sucks.

Sorry if this isn't the answer your looking for. But usually if I couldn't grasp a topic where the Becker instructors said “you may get 1 question on this” I would just move on. But I also got a 74…..so now I'm looking at things in a whole different light.
