FAR Journal Entries

I am currently studying for FAR for the second time and I know a lot of people mention that I need to make sure I know the journal entries for all topics but I have a hard time locating journal entries to study. Does anyone have any kind of summarized list of journal entries that they could pass along to a struggling cpa candidate? I want to conquer this exam this time before my little girl arrives in April 🙂

If you can afford it, get the book The Encyclopedia of Journal Entries. I know money is tight for candidates, but you will NOT regret this purchase. Or you could go talk to your local librarian and see if the library can order it.

I have the encyclopedia of journal entries. I haven't used it as much as I like studying for FAR but it is comprehensive on every subject but government accounting. Every accountant should have this book, so you might as well buy it when preparing for FAR. I plan to go through all relevant journal entries over next 5 days.

I spoke to an ancient wise man who sent me on a mushroom induced journey through an ancient forest to find the key to passing the CPA exam. A talking spider monkey told me to throw the last of my drinking water in the dirt to find what I was looking for. So I followed his instructions and the following message appeared in the soil:

"Do 5000 multiple choice questions for each section"
