Hi guys,

I just took a Mock Exam for FAR and got a 60, which is discouraging after I’ve gone through all of Becker’s MCQ’s twice (!) and written about 60 pages of notes.

Am I kinda doomed? What should I do in these last few days before my test Friday? I’m so nervous I’m going to forget everything for my test.

Nah I don't think so. The general consensus is that people tend to do better on the real exam than they do on mock exams. I wouldn't worry too much about it.

i scored little over 60 on wiley mocks.. i wasnt trying too hard on the sims though so i'm guessing it could've been better. Mocks are harder than actual thing, you already took it so you should know how it goes.. I'd rather do ninja mcqs as much as possible and dont worry about your scores there just make sure you're reading the explanation as to why u answered wrong. Wish you luck!

I agree def do more Ninja MCQ instead. The practice tests are more to gauge where you stand in terms of time management. If you're gonna review anything that says “practice” use the AICPA's mini test to practice the Sims.

I got a 54 on Becker's Mock and passed FAR. Just think, it is better to get a 60 now and work out the kinks than on test day!
