Stupid… I know. But I just finished working on BEC, AUD, and REG and am planning to take FAR in October between my wedding and my honeymoon. I just took BEC yesterday and with the extended testing window I figured just showing up to FAR would give me an advantage for next quarter even if the questions were totally different – for example, if I had known what the REG test was going to look like I think I would have prepared differently. SO long story short, I scheduled a test date for FAR next Thursday, which basically gives me the long 3 day weekend to prepare (using Becker). Worst case I get a couple of chapters out of the way and fail. If you had only three days, ~25 hours, to study for FAR, what topics would you focus on? I realize this is a crazy, dumb plan but hey…. you never know.

I'm testing 9/8 as well. it's my 4th attempt. scored 72 last time. I don't think my 2nd attempt really should count because of the computer issues I had, they couldn't find my test, found my test, blah blah.

    I would concentrate heavy on

conceptual framework, standards, standard setting, presentation of FS – 17-23% of test
FS Accounts, recognition, measurement, valuation, calculation, presentation, and disclosures – 27-33% of test
specific transactions, events and disclosures, recognition, measurement, valuation, calculation, presentation – 27-33%

those 3 sections are between 71-89% of the test. if you know gov't and NFP like the back of your hand, spend all 25 hours on those sections.

    BEC - 8/8/16
    REG - 66, 77
    AUD - 81
    FAR - 9/8/16
