Hi fellow CPA hopefuls. I am looking for suggestions on how to handle the last week or so of studying.
Backstory: I failed FAR with a 74 in late November and I am retaking it on the 5th. The first time around, I only used Becker. The way that Becker guides you through FAR isn’t very helpful for me. I realize now that the lectures are pointless b/c they are just re-reading the material to you and suggesting things to highlight: NOT HELPFUL. I am now taking notes, writing out every MCQ and explanation. I am also supplementing with Ninja notes and MCQ.
I have been taking my time going through the progress tests, referring to the textbook, and writing it out as Jeff suggests (I am picking up on a lot of detail that I missed), however, in the last 5 or so days that I have, I want to change it up and do something different. Ninja MCQs only? Maybe sprinkle in a few Becker SIMS? Any suggestions on what some of you have done that have passed FAR?
Thanks in advance!
