If you had to choose three “must know” topics to try and master for FAR before test day (excluding: bonds, NFP/Govt, leases and pensions) what would they be? FAR is my first exam coming up at the end of Feb and I’m getting pretty nervous. Just want to know what your advice would be in terms of last minute cramming- what subjects to emphasize. Thanks a lot!

I noticed several edited by moderator questions but they are all pretty darn straight forward if you briefly review it.

    REG- (1) 76
    FAR- (2) 64, (5)74, (7)83 (Over achiever!)
    AUD- (3) 70, (4) 75
    BEC- (6) 75

Appreciate the feedback! Topics I personally despise:

    Nonmonetary exchanges

    Leases

    Statement of Cash Flows

    Intercompany transactions

@OP Unfortunately all is tested, even IFRS, difficult to say a 3, but if I choose, I go with mystical guy.

    Good luck

I've read posts on here from people who said that their test felt like it was almost half Govt/Nonprofit. Why they would ask so much on those areas, I don't know. Probably because they think most people won't study them much. The old version of the exam promised at least 16-24% on those topics. The new version, I've heard, isn't testing as much on those. But on my test, it felt like they were tested at a very microscopic level.

Speaking of which, where can I find the NINJA list for topics no longer tested with the new exam? I've been told that there's some sort of “do not study” list
