So I know you can’t tell me EXACTLY what is on the exam, but I am really struggling with Leases and PV for some reason and I am wondering if a lot of MC questions require calculations or is it more conceptual questions?? I also think I am spending WAYY too much time trying to nail this chapter, when in the end, it may not benefit me!

I have trouble with nfp for some reason. I find the questions are very tricky. Government isn't too bad.

Definitely cramming on those 2 topics. Those are a guarantee on any exam per the AICPA.
