Why is it that when it is the weekend before my exam I constantly freak out?! I have the hardest time concentrating and can only think about the “what am I going to do if I don’t pass” scenario. I know this isn’t helping me at all but I can’t help it. Anyone have an pre-exam jitter helpers? I know these next 5 days before my test are extremely important if I want to pass but I can’t get myself to stop the what ifs and it is ruining my study day at the library! Would you just do as many multiple choice as you can? Its the WRONG answer that discourages me! Sorry for the rant but thought it would help put me in my place! Back to Roger and Wiley I go.

I don't have any answers for you. but you're not alone.

I swing from negative “not passing” thoughts, to planning the study schedule in my head for the next section of the exam I intend take.

Have a productive weekend – good juju is being sent your way 😉

Thanks Bluegirl! I know I do the same thing I start planning for the next one without focusing on the current situation. Oooo the joys! Nevermind my preggo brain doesn't help where I am very forgetful right now haha. Best of Luck!

We all get those pre-test jitters the whole week beforehand. You're not alone. I make sure I go for a few runs the week before. It really helps clear your mind. They say exercise makes the mind sharper too! Also remember that it sucks to fail, I've failed FAR once. Good luck!
