FAR exam on 8/30/18 – Final review or just start practicing?

So I am using WileyCPAexcel and about to finish the FAR section and expect to finish by the end of this week. So I will have roughly 3 weeks before I take my exam. I considered spending a week doing an overall review of everything I studied but it’s a lot of content and feel I won’t have enough time to start drilling multiple choice/practice tests. On the other hand, if I fear if I dive right away into the problems, I’m concerned I won’t remember as much will feel like crap when I review my score on the practice. I also plan to get supplemental material through Ninja if that makes any difference. What would you guys do in my shoes: spend the next 3 weeks doing mcq/practice tests or review for 1 week then spend last 2 weeks doing problems? Thanks!

I would hit those MCQ's asap. It's another opportunity to learn and will also let you know what sections you're weaker on. Better to get lower scores now than on the actual test

Ok thanks. Follow up question: should I start drilling those MCQ using my notes or take them cold turkey?

I'm using Becker; so for me, I would do the practice exam and figure out my weaknesses from there. Not sure if Wiley has that feature on their practice exams as well.

If not, MCQs per section and once all are done, figure out what my weaknesses are. But I would make sure to do a batch of MCQs that include all sections every few days so information stays fresh.

I would do the MCQs cold turkey but if I get them wrong, figure out WHY I got it wrong. Take notes if necessary. If that section is my weakness, go back and reread.
