Hey guys I’ve had some serious bad luck with my health since I started studying back in November for FAR. I was sick around x-mas, sick again mid january, and I’m just getting over the flu right now with FAR exam coming up on saturday. I’ve had some srs lack of motivation the past few days. I’m hoping I can just know enuff to pull off a pass or close to a pass to where I know Ill be fine the next time I take it. So not much time left. Regarding govt and NFP, what are the must knows would you say for these 2 topics since im on borrowed time now with review. I still need to look at leases, EPS, and equity too so any advice would be great.

I am not sure there are any shortcuts to Gov't and NFP.
That stuff alone took me a good week or 2 simply because I don't do it and it seems so foreign.
I feel like my course made a big deal about the budgeting and budget reversal journal entries for Gov't.
    Good luck to you.

@OHMSS more conceptual questions have start to appear on the exam, so know the various funds under Governmental, Propreitary and Fiduciary and when you use which one, which ones use modified accrual and current financial resources vs which ones don't
What is considered revenue for which one and other financing sources.

For NFP, revenue recog, and basic financial statements.

I would suggest to take a mock exam and then work on your weakest areas till your exam. All the best! Please share how did your exam go.
