    @ C I passed FAR with an 84 thanks to Roger. I think what helped me the most was the retaking of the MCQs along with some TBS here and there. I studied A TON for FAR. I probably took 80% of the MCQs twice. Good luck on your exam.

    FYI – I passed AUD, BEC and FAR on the first try with Roger. I just took REG on 7/18 so now I am waiting for the score release and hopefully be done with this chapter in life. I'll be giving Roger a big shout out once I pass!

    Hey, I have been studying for FAR for 7 months, it’s because of this COVID situation. I have been fully drained out and I take practice tests everyday and I’m too harsh on myself. Recently I’m making silly mistakes on the practice tests which I feel it’s really not acceptable cause I have a month to go for FAR exam.. I’m really scared.. I don’t know what to do…

    Ivy, you need a break from mcq’s for a couple of days. Rewrite notes or watch videos- info needs time to sink in between sessions. Seven months is a long time to study, if there are areas in need of review write those notes first. Don’t panic, positive self talk matters! Encourage yourself and take pride in the time you have put into studying.

    Hi all, just got my Becker materials and plan to use Ninja as well. This is my first time facing the CPA exam so I am pretty nervous, but trying to stay positive and trust my studying abilities! I start studying August 10th for FAR which I plan to take October 3rd (just submitted my application today). Any tips/advice will be appreciated

    @Mal – That's great! I wish you the best of luck on your CPA Journey!

    Given that FAR has a lot of information, I would definitely recommend spending a day each week doing a cumulative review. I felt that helped me greatly when I was studying for FAR. If you get stuck or have questions along the way, post them here, there are some awesome people with great minds that are beyond helpful. Good luck!

    @monikernc , yes you are right, I am taking it slow and steady, and trying not to panic, I am giving my exam on Sept 1st. Hopefully everything goes well. I am using Becker for my study review and the mcqs seems a bit twisted. Is FAR a straightforward exam?

    I leave to take FAR in about 30 minutes. Haha, I sure hope it's not too bad.

    @Ivy FAR, is a typical CPA exam it has a lot of content and manages to test all topics. Do your best to cover all of the topics and build your weak areas while keeping your strong areas strong. Ask for help when you need it. You have plenty of time to start fresh and do a full pass on the material. Practice SIMs Take an AICPA practice exam to familiarize yourself with format and function of the exam. Build confidence by learning the material. Always ask for a calculator with the exam.

    @bmj2s

    @monikernc, Heyy thank you for your reply :), I’m also revising my notes. I noticed that my practice tests % range is between 75-86% And I got a 82% on my first mock. Am I in a good state in FAR ?? Most definitely I will keep revising and prep as much as I can.

    Josh, you can do this! Missing a meeting to study is not a bad thing. You’ve got this! You have the rest of your life to go to meetings. Exams are brief by comparison.

    Thanks, @monikernc I got a 49 on my first Becker simulated exam. I'm hoping to improve from here. I think my simulations need the most improvement. Perhaps, I'm saving that for this week before my exam.
