Quick question for anyone who has used Jeff's Study Guides that you can purchase:

I take FAR (my last exam!!!!) on Monday. I'm having trouble getting all of my thoughts organized and I'm getting burned out on multiple choice problems and practice tests.

Would the study guide be helpful in my situation, or is it more suited for someone with more than 4 days left before their test?

    Thanks in advance.

A week left till my FAR exam. Feeling more discouraged than ever as the day approaches.

Does anyone else feel as if this is WAY too much information for one exam?

    FAR 79 - done

MPoni123, I hear your song all the time at the gym.

Glogo2384, where ya been? Yes, I'm STILL here, dammit. Not that I don't enjoy the company of the forum… Hope you get good news from FAR.

Future NY CPA, it is a gross amount of material. I have forgotten what I mastered last week already. I'm going through gov't. accounting again. I thought I'd be excited to get away from calculations but it is really a struggle because I am burnt out.

CPAWannaBe,I feel the same way. I was just telling my fiance how i literally forgot everything i reviewed last week already, and he just laughed. I didnt think it was too funny :-/ . I wish I had a better idea of what to focus the remainder of my energy on. Ugh.

BEC 75 (lost credit - need to retake!)
    AUD 69, 75 - done
    FAR 79 - done

Hi everyone – I'm taking FAR again for the 2nd time on Monday. This is my last exam (god-willing) and I too am feeling burnt out. The first time I took it, I got a 74, but left the exam thinking that I had gotten a 50. So I think that everything that we learned last week that we later “forget” will somehow come back to us in the exam. After getting my score last time, I was so mad at myself for now pushing just a little bit harder to get that passing score. So just keep pushing everyone – we can do this!

I know this is a bit early since it seems like Wave 1 is still waiting for their scores…but do we have an ETA for FAR 2nd release? I literally took this test a year ago (right around T-giving) and we got our scores Dec. 23.

After my exam I said that I feel good about MCQ but don't believe that I ll get points from simulation. After your exam you said that did good at MCQ but run out of time for sim.

Today, I found out that I passed with 82.

I am just curious how many re-took FAR this window using Yaeger as their review materials and passed?

    BEC 2/8/10 - 75 (studied hard & prayed less)
REG 5/15/10 - 88 (studied less but prayed hard)
AUDITING 8/9/10 - 79 (studied hard and prayed hard)
FAR 11/30/10 - 79 (studied hard and prayed hard) Thanks GOD! I'm DONE
