    Hi FAR Gurus
I spent a long time getting thru it (FAR )and forgot it when I was done.I understand I am not alone. How you all FAR expert conquered this “acquired knowledge vaporization process”( for lack of words ) ?
    Thanks in advance

For me, I've been listening to lectures at just about all times of the day. Even if it's a Roger video playing in the background while I'm at work. Doing so with areas I'm either weak in or have simply forgotten at this point has helped me reinforce the notes I took on those section early on.

FAR will destroy you, if your review is not frequent and comprehensive. Say you're using Becker, after 3 modules your review must contain the previous stuff you studied.
I like that feature in Becker where you can do questions up to your current point

Way too much material to leave it for long. Frequency is imperative.
In the shower, go over it. Talk it out. It makes sense when you hear it.Taking a poop, talk it out. Waiting in line, hit up some flashcards and review.
I had a notepad always to try to challenge my memory at any point.
Use the Content Outlines and of every topic you've studied, just free write everything you remember then go to your review book to see how much you actually did.

I gambled and decided not to study a few sections as its way too much material

Yup, that's what killed me on FAR. I forgot a lot of it by exam day and that is 100% the reason why I flunked. The things I did remember a lot about were not even on the test, except for GOVT/NPO, which I actually did well on according to my score report, despite the fail.

Ever hear the phrase “Repetitio est Mater Studiorum”? Repetition is the Mother of Study. Without it, you will have a hard time with FAR unless you have one of those brains of steel that never forgets anything you see or hear. I think the other 3 exams are not that way so much, but I can't make a comment on them because I haven't taken them yet. @cessnapilot said it better than I could. You absolutely absolutely must have that repetition or else it doesn't work (for the vast majority of people.)

I took over 100 pages of notes for FAR, none of which I ever reviewed due to burnout. I still have them. I'll be looking at them later this year before I retake FAR, instead of re-reading the (awful) Roger textbook.

    Best of luck to ya!!

@pilot “FAR will destroy you, if your review is not frequent and comprehensive” that's key.Trying my best to practice it.
@Crazylean ,thank you ,understood that repetition
