Unrestricted – all expenses/ donated usable funds at the NFP discretion – inflow/outflow operating

Temp restricted- funds to be used for a certain reason specified by donor, or time restricted by donor – inflow/outflow operating..unless donated funds are donated for PPE acquisition–then it's inflow financing, outflow investing

Perm restricted – all things restricted perm for use…proceeds from the asset can be unrestricted or temp restricted depending on how the donor stipulates them to be used… main asset (perm restricted) inflow financing

Internal service fund/ enterprise fund are full accrual and treated as a business.

Government wide statements are full accrual, even the government funds that included in it.

Modified accrual is used on the government funds, fund statements
