Hi

Need some advise , i have 20 days left for FAR ( i have completed only 3 modules out of 9) and am still not even half way through the material – in case i dont take it this testing window, i shall have to take it in July -Aug along with Reg and incase i dont clear both exams in that window i will lose my BEC credit , hence i really want to try and get FAR out of the way this window. Any suggestions on how to study for FAR in 20 days –

Is amazing how things dont work out as planned 🙁 I took sooo long passing AUD that now I am under tremendous pressure for FAR and REG or else everything else will be downhill from now on !!

I plan to do 2 exams each window – it's up to 8 weeks in between if you do one at the beginning and one at the end – say July 1 & Aug 31 (hypothetically, I'm not looking at a calendar). I plan to do FAR in early July, AUD in late August, then BEC/REG in early Oct / Late Nov.

It is possible… I am taking FAR in REG in the same window and only doing them a month a part… I already passed FAR and a plan on passing REG as well

@nolifecpa – that made me laugh out loud!

I got my score report back today from FAR, which I took in the afternoon, and I have no idea how I got a 71. I would have thought it was lower. I know it was because I was tired as heck. If I could have taken it a few days later or even the next day, I feel like I would have done better if not passed. Maybe I wouldn't have gotten an 84 like REG but I would have done better than a 71.

Two in one window is totally doable if you study like crazy, give up real food, sleep, companionship and cleaning the kitchen. Now I going to attempt FAR and BEC in one window. Not because I have to before I lose another score. I'm just tired of this!

This really depends. If your working at a Big 4 during business season, with 5 kids the it might be difficult. If your just just studying for the CPA exam and have no other responsibility, I'm sure you can get all 4 parts done within a testing window.

Thanks guys ! yeah i guess it is doable if literally kill myself , i have a full time job and a husband but no kids !! shall draw out my study timetable today and get cracking !!!
