Anyone whose taken FAR, can you please give me some advice. I’m finding this section to be incredibly difficult to study for mainly because throughout College, I never had to answer MCQ with FAR classes. Secondly, I normally learn from writing material down but I find that writing down the information for this section may not be as helpful as it was with AUD and I feel I’m wasting to much time on my notes. I will be pushing my exam back to the beginning of May because I am having such a difficult time understanding the information as quickly as I should be.

I’ve recently been spending more time on questions but the only problem here is that it has sometimes taken me over 2 hours to go through 30 questions while trying to write down the information and key facts I’m missing, causing me to get the incorrect answer. Any suggestions or is this just something that will be fixed as I continue to move forward and understand the concepts….

    AUD: (65)(66) 77
REG: (66) (48) destroyed me mentally.....
    FAR: (68) (66)(69)(71)
    BEC: (63) 75

MCQ's, MCQ's and finally….more MCQ's. Also don't spend more than 2 months studying, any longer than that and it won't be worth it because you'll just start forgetting stuff you studied at the beginning.

    FAR- 88
    REG- 88
    AUD- 93
    BEC-86

What program are you following? I found a combination of taking noted then going through MCQs and using that as a learning experience as well. If I score ~50% on a first run through of MCQs I am happy. You will get the hang of it. Keep at it and everything builds.

    Journey Started - January 2015
    FAR - 4/2015 - Passed
    AUD - 7/2015 - Passed
    BEC - 8/2015 - Passed
    REG - 11/12/2015 - Passed

My key to FAR was covering up the solutions. FAR is very analytical, you should be able to independently calculate a solution without considering the possible solutions. Each of the 4 options are distractions.
