    Hi,

I have limited amount of days till FAR which is my last exam and my parts start expiring at the end of the month. Trying to narrow down the topics I have left to focus on. Accounting for income taxes has the the most questions in Becker, about 70, my guess would be this should be more of a focus in REG than in FAR.

Has anyone come across questions on the exam from this section when they have taken it?

    Thanks

But, many of the concepts in the section are concepts covered in REG, like temp and permanent differences etc. My theory is if they were going to test it, it would be more likely in REG. Has anyone come accross questions from this section?

If Becker is covering it in FAR, then you can safely assume it probably will be on the exam. The CPA exam often crosses sections. I know I had FAR questions in BEC.

    Reg - Passed 82 Nov 2012 - Becker
    Aud - Passed 86 May 2013 - Becker
    BEC - Passed 88 Aug 2013 - Becker
    FAR - Passed 88 Nov 2013 - Becker
