So I just practiced with the AICPA sample test and 10 minutes in, my brain started to shut off. I was feeling fine right before but as soon as I started my brain just gave out. Truth be told, I haven’t gotten a lot of sleeping this week with late nights studying and waking up super early to hit the gym, so I would be surprised of my sleep deprevation is finally catching up on me. I feel my lack of concentration may have affected my performance on some of the sims but who knows. Anyhow, I’m considering taking off the rest of the evening and hammering tomorrow, but on the other hand I’m thinking of doing some more MCQ for extra practice. I feel like every minute counts for studying, but right now my brain doesn’t really feel into it and may benefit from a break, but am also concerned not studying anymore today could screw me over on exam day. What would you do in my shoes: take the rest of the day off and let your mind rest, or keep pushing forward (and feel you may only retain parts of what you study)?
