For those of you who took FAR on 11/30/2010, what was your experience like?

I walked into the testing center feeling confident and well prepared, but walked out frustrated. I had to guess on at least a third of the multiple choice questions and I couldn’t tell whether the exam was getting more difficult. I think I did pretty well on both WC sections. I guessed and left a tab blank in the 1st simulation and barely had time to finish the 2nd simulation. In addition, I failed to complete the research portion. Overall, the exam was very tricky, difficult and unfair. I felt like I put in 160 hours of wasted studying time. Has anyone ever felt this way and ended up passing?

I have felt this way on every test I have taken. The worst was BEC because I felt overly prepared walking in. That feeling changed 5 minutes into the exam. I was very surprised to find out that I passed BEC and FAR. Took AUD on the 30th. I felt completely drained after the exam and am praying for a 75. Lets hope the scores come out sooner than later. If I have to take AUD over changes when I will sit for REG in January. I am sure you did fine.

I also took the exam on Nov. 30. and I have the same feeling while doing the MCQ's. It is really tricky and hard even the one liner concept questions. I have to guess on some of the questions too and continue to other testlets. However I felt good on my sims especially the WC's and some tabs with JE's which I am familiar with. I did not finish my last sim and left one tab and the research portion unanswered because I ran out of time. I just don't want to stress mysel on FAR anymore. Enjoy and relax the remaining days until you receive the results. Give yourself a break for all you know you pass the FAR exam! God will answer our prayers if he thinks that it will be best for us! I just keep hanging on to the thoughts that he is always there to guide us!
