Does anyone know if you can have your experience verification form filled out and signed by your employer before you finish the exam?

Here is a for instance: You’ve worked under your supervisor for more than a year in an accounting position, he/she holds a current license, you have 2 parts to go, but your supervisor just annouced he/she is leaving the company within the next few weeks.

Is it ok for them to sign off on you before they leave so you don’t have to wait another year for the new person replacing them to verify your experience, that is if that person even holds a valid license!

I am unsure if you can actually do it before you finish your exam, but you could always explain the situation to your supervisor. I'm sure they will give you their contact information and you can contact them when the time comes.

Ok, so I called my states' licensing board and asked them about this, and they said yes you can get them to sign off on your experience even before you finish all of the exams.

At least now I can put a checkmark in that box!

Awesome! Memories fade, people move, get injured, incapacitated, etc.

    Couldn't pass again!
