The variance analyses w/ standards are easy-ish.
Not so much for overhead variances, though. But honestly, how many questions could the AICPA put on the CPA exam on one tiny topic–that is, overhead variances. So I’m curious how come there are so many people who complain about variances? Is it because they are having trouble with variance analysis w/standards? Or has it been known that the AICPA throws a lot of overhead variance questions? Honestly, I can’t see AICPA putting three questions on overhead variances–maybe 1-2 maximum, if any.
