I am covering Wiely and there is only two MCQ on ESOP.

if it is not that important topic, I would like to just skip to save my time cuz I cannot find any study material about ESOP… wiley only briefly mention about ESOP …

do I need to know JE about it ? or should I just skip it ???

I don't know any JEs related to employee benefit plan accounting. But I guess I didn't study this part because I audited these plans.

I would know what statements they usually contain, which is B/S and statement of changes (I/S). Also, know that the ESOP should follow what is designated in the plan document.

But yeah, in my study, I had like maybe 5 MCQ too.
