    taking first exam (FAR) soon.

I see a lot of people are getting at least 3 or 4 of their sims as DRS.

Any advice on how to tackle these?

I do not take any actual exam yet. I use Gleim. Here is my experience with Gleim DRS.

    1. read the Document Review tab. It is usually a memo or email or letter that needs you to correct a few sentences. Briefly read the whole document.
    2. Then click the exhibit tabs to get an idea what support documents you have.
    3. Read the 1st sentence first. Here I may not understand what correction I need to make. Click it to read the choices, so I can completely understand the issue and think about what support documents I need.
    4. Go to exhibit tab again to just read the related documents. I may do some calculation. Do my own calculation.
    5. Then go back the document review tab to select the answer I think correct.
    6. Move on to the 2nd sentence and repeat my steps 3. – 5.

I usually spent just a few minutes to finish DRS in Gleim and my average score on DRS is very good.

The best advice is don't panic. In my experience, they seem intimidating at first but end up being straight forward in the end. Just make sure you read the problem carefully and know what you are looking for before start flipping through the documents.
